How to order my Huna blind?
In order to offer you the best experience ever, we have developed a configurator tool to create your blind how you want it in just few clicks.
Click on shop and custom make your Huna blind based on your required size, fabric selection, cassette finish and choice of accessories. The price of your Huna blind will be updated at each step of your configuration.
Can I control Huna blinds with other Somfy control solutions (remote handsets, wall switches or control hubs)?
Unfortunatelly not : Huna is not compatible with Somfy RTS or IO solutions (including Tahoma or Connexoon control hubs). In order to provide the easiest solution, Huna has been develop in bluetooth protocol : you just need to scan the QR code of your Huna blind to connect it with your smartphone (no control hub required).
Can I connect my Huna blind with 3rd party devices or system like Alex Amazon Echo, Apple Home Kit or Google Home?
Huna is not currently compatible with any third party devices.
Can I program some scenarios without the light sensor?
Huna is a smart and automated blind. Without light sensor you can create scenarios and configure a timer on your app to operate your blind at a set time.
By connecting HUNA with it’s light sensor, your blind will be even smarter.
Huna automatically controls the movements of your blinds to manage the sun light level in your room. Regulate naturally your room temperature or protect your plants and furniture’s for a greater comfort.
Does HUNA available with other kind of blinds?
Not for the moment. Today, Huna is available with roller blinds only. If automated roller blind is not exactly what your are looking for, please visit Poweredblinds website for a large choice of blinds (cellular blind, roman blind, vision blind, etc.)
Delivery & returns
Delivery fees and lead time?
All orders with a value over £99 will be delivered free in the UK. Orders with a value less than £99 will be subject to a standard delivery charge of £6.00. All prices you see on site are inclusive of VAT. All special offer prices are subject to the same conditions, unless clearly stated otherwise.
We aim to dispatch your blinds as soon as possible, with lead times for Huna blinds currently 10 working days.
Track your order
Our shipping service is carried out by UPS (United Parcel Service Inc.). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us and a separate one from from UPS detailing your shipping status.
Can I return my blind in case of error?
HUNA serenity guarantee
100% satisfaction and serenity when choosing and ordering your HUNA blinds, that’s makes a big difference. Indeed, measurement and installation options you have selected are covered by a full guarantee.
If your blind does not install correctly at home (error of measurements or options chosen), we will make you a new one adapted to your needs. For free.
You will only pay for the return shipping and for the difference in the price between new and old blind.

If you wish to return an item, you will be required to pay the return postage. You must notify us of any faulty, damaged or missing products within 7 working days from receipt of the delivery of your order.*

Which material do I need to install my blind?
To set up your Huna blind, you’ll need : a screwdriver, drill, a tape measure and a pencil.
Fixing screws and rawl plugs (suitable for use in concrete, brick, stone, plasterboard, etc.) are supplied with your Huna blind. You must purchase alternative suitable fixing parts (screws, plugs, etc.) separately if you are fixing your Huna blind into a material that warrants a specific fixing solution.
A smartphone operating on IOS or Android is required to setup your Huna blind.
Can I install Huna in a recess window?
You can install Huna either in outside or in a recess window.
In a recess window, you just have to check if you have enough space to install Huna blind.
Go on Huna shop and follow the instructions to choose the best installation option.
How can I change the batteries?
Change the batteries of HUNA is a child play. You just need to unclic the left side of your blind, to open the battery trapdoor and to change them. A short tutorial is available in your app to guide you in this process. Huna blind use 8 standard alkaline batteries (type C) .
