A recess depth of 90mm is required (ensure this depth allows the Huna bottom bar to clear any obstructions such as window/door handles).

The fabric unrolls 15mm from the blind fixing surface. There must be no elements sticking out (no handle for instance).

Make sure the fixing area is able to support the weight of your HUNA blind (for a blind of 2500mm height and 2500mm width: 11kg).
Avoid drilling the window structure.

Tips

Optimum configuration for light blocking (very close to the window).

If the window handle is sticking up, you can:
- Choose a top fix configuration and place the blind in front of the handle
- Adjust the blind width to unroll the blind along the handle
- Choose an outside recess configuration

We will offer to replace your Huna blind with a new one based on your requirements all we ask is that you cover the costs of shipping.

Obviously, there are a few exceptions that we can’t cover you for. These are:

  • You have 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to inform us of any measurement / fit type errors
  • You cannot change the product type or the colour of the replacement blind
  • If the new sizes are over 50mm bigger in width or drop from your measurements then we will ask you to pay the difference

The following is not covered in the Huna guarantee:

  • Accidental damage
  • Exposure to the elements
  • Misuse of the Huna products
  • Fitted in a non-domestic environment
  • Everyday wear and tear

The Huna guarantee provided shall not apply where: the relevant fault or defect has been caused by your misuse, damage caused by fitting and/or neglect of the goods or by accidents caused while the products are in your possession; and/or in relation to the products, the fault or defect was apparent on a reasonable inspection which you did not notify to us within 30 days from delivery or supply by us.
